Outsourcing Legislation
According to the fifth annual study of the Russian market, the outsourcing of the accounting functions performed by RA Expert, the market in 2013 was 6.77 billion roubles (almost double growth compared with 2009). According to expert estimates, demand for BPO providers will increase.
In recent years, not only traditional customers of outsourcing, foreign companies, but also Russian organizations, have gained momentum. We've decided to figure out what BPO is so attractive to business.
Like any business instrument, outsourcing has advantages and disadvantages. Today we will talk about the first, and we will comment on the ten advantages of the outsourcing described in the Expert study.
- Reduced dependence on staff and labour law risks
Imagine that at one point the head of the accountant comes to you, puts on the table a statement of care and evaporates, he's got two weeks of paid leave, so from tomorrow, you're not in charge. That's not all: your former accountant is going to work for competitors the next day, because Russian legislation does not regulate such ethical conflicts. It's not a pleasant situation.
Outsourcing avoids such surprises. Among the contracts we entered into in 2013, more than 5 per cent are related to this type of surprise, and if only salary contracts are considered, this figure will be almost 8 per cent.
- No need to be loaded in the thinness of Russian labour and tax legislation
This advantage of outsourcing is always actively enjoyed by foreign companies entering Russia or any other country.
Father ' s legislation is quite specific, so the possibility of not being able to deal with it on its own and to assign it to professionals is highly appreciated by foreigners in Russia.
Patient companies are equally complex, so that small and medium-sized businesses are more comfortable (and often cheaper) to transfer buoyche, payroll and personnel processing to the service provider than to keep in the state and continue to train service providers.
