Russia is finally prohibited work♪ Experts estimate that they employ about three million people. President Vladimir Putin signed this law. Today, the document is published in the WP.

So, what's a loan job and what's the law against? As explained by the WP, one of the authors of the document is Mr. Mikhail Tarasenko ' s deputy, the prohibition of tripartite relations when a real employer, a formal employer and an employee are present. However, a form of interaction such as outsourcing is not covered by the law. What's the difference?

"I'll explain on my fingers. For example, you own the store. And you want to conclude a contract with a side organization that her employees will wash your floors. There's a handover, and it's called outsourcing. This form is allowed, which explains Michael Tarasenko. It's basically a subcontract. Another case is, if you conclude a contract that an outside organization (e.g. a private employment agency (PPA) will lease you to a group of employees. They're getting paid there, but they're all at your disposal: today they're wiping the floors, tomorrow they cut the sausage, next day they sit on the cassette, the deputy continues. And it's just that the rental of staff will be prohibited.

Why not rent staff? According to the experts, there are several reasons. Let us take an example when a person is registered as an employee of the CAZ and work for unsafe production, say, at the factory. As a result, in the first place, he, as a formal employee of the Safe Agency, has not been granted any additional leave, compensation or early pensions, although he is actually employed under conditions that all assume that. Secondly, his wages are generally lower in this case than those of the factory ' s employees who perform the same work. The factory pays the agency for its work, say 15,000 roubles, and the agency pays a man 10,000, the rest goes to his profit.

Thirdly, he cannot be a member of a trade union, which means he is not protected. In the event of accidents, questions arise as to who must answer and pay compensation: the factory where he was actually employed or the agency where he was registered.
